Yes, we guarantee that every timepiece sold is 100% authentic. Each watch undergoes a rigorous inspection by our certified horologists and comes with its original documentation and serial numbers.
What is your shipping policy for high-value items?
We offer complimentary, fully insured express shipping on all orders. Your package will require a signature upon delivery to ensure your luxury watch arrives safely at your doorstep.
Do the watches come with a warranty?
All watches purchased through Watch Connection include a 24-month limited warranty covering mechanical parts and manufacturing defects, in addition to any remaining manufacturer's warranty.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 14-day return window for all unworn watches in their original condition with all protective films and tags intact. Please contact our concierge team to initiate a secure return process.
Can I have my watch resized before it is shipped?
Absolutely. During the checkout process, you can provide your wrist measurement in the notes section, and our technicians will professionally adjust the bracelet for you free of charge.
